1. Your order
Listings invite you to make an inquiry. The Buy button sends a request; it does not take payment, reserve stock or create a contract. An automated reference confirms receipt of your inquiry only. We check availability and send a written quote stating the item, condition, quantity, total price, delivery charges and expected dispatch timing. Please correct any mistakes before accepting it.
A contract is formed when we explicitly confirm acceptance of your order by email after you accept the quote. We provide the terms and order details in a form you can keep. Pay only after receiving our instructions. Dispatch follows receipt of cleared funds. We may decline an inquiry before acceptance where stock is unavailable, a listing contains an error or we reasonably suspect misuse. We will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your agreement; money paid for an order we cannot fulfil will be returned.
2. Authentic items and condition
We sell authentic products. The agreed description, language, format, photographs and any disclosed condition issues form part of the order. Unless expressly described otherwise, sealed packaging is not a promise of flawless collector-grade outer packaging. Any material damage known to us will be disclosed before purchase. This does not excuse damage that was not disclosed or goods that fail to match their description.
Factory-sealed packs contain random cards. We do not promise a particular pull, rarity, grade or resale value unless it is expressly part of the description. For graded cards, the stated grade is the named grading company’s assessment; we do not promise that another company will award the same grade. Genuine authenticity or description concerns remain covered by your legal rights.
3. Customer information and payment
We use the contact and delivery information you supply to prepare and fulfil your order. Please provide accurate details, use an email account you control and tell us promptly about corrections. If incorrect instructions cause an avoidable delivery problem, we may ask you to cover reasonable, evidenced additional costs you caused, where the law permits. You are not responsible for our errors or those of a carrier we appoint.
Payment is by the method agreed in your quote, currently bank transfer. A screenshot is not confirmation of cleared funds. If payment instructions appear to change, verify them using our published email address before paying. Never send bank passwords, one-time codes or full card details. Customer information is handled as described in our Privacy policy; the website also processes limited technical information.
4. Delivery and preorders
We confirm the delivery service and cost before you order. Our aim is to dispatch in-stock orders within one business day after cleared payment, unless otherwise agreed. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. Goods will be delivered within 30 days unless a different period is agreed, including for preorders. We will contact you about material delays; your legal cancellation and refund rights still apply.
When we arrange delivery, the goods remain at our risk until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession. A tracking scan alone does not remove our responsibility to investigate a genuine non-delivery complaint. Please tell us promptly about loss or damage so we can investigate; missing an informal reporting deadline does not remove statutory rights.
5. Changing your mind
For UK consumer distance purchases, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You may also cancel before delivery. Return them within 14 days after notifying us. Email info.sealedstash@gmail.com; using the form below is optional. Keep evidence that you sent your cancellation and return.
You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation. We refund the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge for a fully cancelled order, but not the extra cost of an optional premium delivery service. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever comes first, and will then refund within 14 days.
You may inspect goods as you reasonably could in a shop. Where legally permitted and the required cancellation information was supplied, we may deduct an evidenced reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening factory-sealed booster packs or altering a graded-card holder may substantially reduce value. There is no automatic “no returns once opened” rule or fixed restocking penalty, and this does not limit remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.
6. Faults, wrong items and authenticity concerns
Please contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will provide the remedy required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days and repair, replacement, price reduction or refund rights where applicable. We cover reasonable return costs when legally responsible for the problem. Rights may continue beyond 30 days.
Photos of the item, packaging, seal or certification number can help us assess a claim. An unboxing video is not a condition of exercising your rights. We will consider the available evidence and cannot insist that a manufacturer or carrier deals with a claim that is our responsibility.
7. Fair handling of returns and disputes
Return the item supplied, including its contents, accessories and identifying labels where available, securely packaged. Do not substitute another item, remove contents or intentionally alter identifiers. We may compare the returned item with listing images, recorded serial numbers, dispatch records and payment evidence. If there is a discrepancy, we will explain the concern and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond.
We may dispute an unsupported claim, seek recovery of proven losses through lawful channels or share relevant evidence with a payment provider, adviser, court or competent authority when lawful and necessary. Making a genuine complaint, requesting a lawful refund or exercising data rights is not misuse. No blanket charge, forfeiture or presumption of dishonesty applies.
8. Liability and complaints
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care. We do not guarantee investment returns or future market prices. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Contact our email address first so we can try to resolve a complaint. English law applies, but this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available in your home UK jurisdiction. Changes to these terms apply to future orders, not retrospectively to an accepted order.
